Our factory is fully dedicated to produce the necessary components that make up the "INSULATED SOLUTIONS”, from Insulated Containers until Gelpacks, and all their components.

To do so, Exeltainer counts with its Own Production Resources, including:

• High Density Injection machine
  
  
• Finecutting of Large Formats (Polyurethane and XPS )
  
  
• Automatic feeding equipment for panels, application of hotmelt, and formation of Boxes
  
  
• Die-cutting machines for cardboard, XPS and plastic with own die-cuts
  
  
• Automatic dispensers  for the filling of the Gelpacks (Rigid and Flexible)
  
  
• Automatic  temperature  sealant for Gelpacks
  
  
• Automatic box and sealing
  
  
• Technical and operating team, highly experienced and qualified
