Exeltainer is a company whose members have an extensive experience in the packaging sector of more than 15 years. We offer a wide range of technical solutions to our clients, who require controlled temperature for shipping their temperature-sensitive products, or goods considered hazardous in compliance with UN (United Nations) and regulated by standards IATA-ICAO, ADR, IMDG y RID.
We design, manufacture and validate insulated shipping containers to maintain the cold chain during the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- We design packages according to the specific needs of our clients, optimizing the best use of resources (raw materials, production, etc.).
- We are manufacturers, so we can produce starting from the approved design or Standard product, any packaging from foldable isothermal boxes made of Aluminized Extruded Polystyrene up to containers and insulated pallets of High Density Injected Polyurethane, whether reusable or disposable.
- We validate the temperature controlled shipping systems we design. We provide a validation report made from a protocol in accordance to the technical requirements, stating the characteristics of the system / product, the tests performed with their corresponding charts and graphs, and the calibration certificates of the used temperature recorders.
