Processes can be divided into the following stages:
CUSTOMER/PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS We collect the necessary information which defines the "needs" of the customer-product, identifying the conditions of preparation, storage and distribution of shipments.
Preparation: temperature of the picking-up zone, loading of the product, conditioning of the packaging elements, etc .
Storage: Packaging on shelves, traced, intermediate zone, warehouse temperature, etc .
Distribution: Time and condition of the transport, detection of the route critical points and delivery at destination.
SELECTION OF A
STANDARD SOLUTION OR A DESIGN
Following the requirements, we first investigate the Standard Solutions making any necessary changes, or otherwise we implement a new development.
The designs are made with special attention on the best cost-benefit relation from the economical, recyclable, operational / logistical and functional point of view.
PRE-TEST FOR CONFIRMATION
The climatic chamber test is performed to ensure that the packaging complies with the specifications and with the "concept" of the design and development.
VALIDATION REPORT
It is the confirmation by objective evidence that requirements have been accomplished for a specific intended use or application. In this case, compliance of the "protocol".
The final results are reflected in a Validation Report showing all requirements according to the Protocol, the accomplished tests specified in tables and graphs, schema of recorders location, conditioning of the elements, Calibration Certificates of the instruments, Technical Sheets, etc.
IMPLEMENTATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Training of the working team responsible for the preparation of
packaging, monitoring "in situ" the compliance of the processes designed for the preparation, storage and waiting to load. |
